Remote Hands Pricing

Area: Within the counties of Los Angeles & Orange County.

Billing: Billed in 30 minute increments. Time starts when techs are on-site.
If more than one tech, you will receive separate invoices.
Invoices are to be paid within 5 business days.
Long term clients receive a 15% discount (6 months+).
If work is greater than 4 hours, you will be billed at Rack & Stack prices.

Parking: If there is no free on-site parking, we will pass the charges to you upon invoice.

Traffic: Travel is approximately 50 miles in total or less.
Add $15 if there's over 25 minutes of traffic.

Shipping: Provide the PDFs/links beforehand; $0.50 per label if we print.
Ship boxes and packing material to the datacenter.

Scope of Work: Send two days ahead of scheduled remote hands.

Team: In the case that we train new techs, we will bill at a lower rate depending on experience.

Communication: Discord, Slack, Skype, Google Chat, Whatsapp & Telegram.
